"Love the new format for service on cars. Everyone was friendly. Service was fast and especially loved the fact that the service rep handled everything from checking me in to checking me out! He was friendly, informative and helpful in explaining the process and what was done and needed to be done in the future. Germain gets a big Thumbs up and a 10 for their service and new process.
