"I am late in sending you this email, but I wanted to let you know how happy we were with Mark Ruset's help with our last service.  We were there earlier in the month and besides getting a service we changed out a few things with our brakes.  He had quoted us a certain price before we went ahead and agreed to getting the work done, however the mechanic installed something that Mark had forgotten to tell us about, it was on the quote, however Mark had missed it, so he graciously went ahead with us to the counter and pulled out his own credit card and paid for that part.  We were blown away. It was amazing in today's world to come across such an action.  He's a great asset to your service department." - M and N Bronzini
